WHAT THE HECK IS A "WICKED CRITTER"?
Well, we're a Portland-based husband/wife team with a long and not-that illustrious background in comics, art, and design. Deciding to start a company to make cool stuff that we couldn't find elsewhere was a no-brainer. Because if you're reading this, then you're cool too and you like cool stuff... see? No-brainer!

YOU REALLY WANT YOUR PIN - SO WHERE IS it???
All items will be shipped within five business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Pre-order pins will be shipped within five business days of the official launch date given on the individual product page. If you purchase two or more pre-order pins with different launch dates, your pins will ship together within five business days of the last launch date. Wicked Critter is not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by customers. We will not ship another pin if you made an address error. We are also not responsible for any errors made by USPS. If an order is returned to us from USPS we will refund the purchase price but not the shipping amount. Issues with tracking numbers, or USPS reporting package was delivered? Please call USPS. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our lovin' arms, it's out of our control.
HOW TO NOT LOSE YOUR PIN
All Wicked Critter pins come with rubber backs which are fairly secure but not fail-safe. We cannot take responsibility for a lost pin. You can purchase tool-free locking pin backs from Wicked Critter - just select the upgrade option when adding your pin(s) to your cart, or directly at checkout (you know you have other pins that need 'em!).
MY PIN IS DAMAGED!
If your pin arrives damaged, please don't take that as a representation of the quality of our products. We QC every pin that comes in and goes out, but unfortunately we have no control over how things are handled during shipping. With that said, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will take care of damaged product with a replacement, discount or refund depending on the situation. We'll work with you. Any damage claims after 3 business days of delivery will not be accepted. No returns otherwise.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
If you purchase an item in the shop and shortly after it goes on sale we do not offer price adjustments.
CUSTOMS FEES
The fees your country places on its mail cannot be controlled by Wicked Critter. If you refuse or do not claim your package the cost of the items will be refunded to you but the shipping will not. No, we won't fraudulently give inaccurate information on the customs forms - don't be a dick and ask us to. Please do your due diligence and Google what your customs fees are prior to purchasing.
